Launch offer — free until September 30, 2026

To get full access for free, no credit card, no account: download the launch certificate and import it like a regular licence (see Activate a licence below). Without importing it, the app starts with the standard 14-day trial.

• The end date of the free period is shown in the top bar once the certificate is imported
• This certificate isn’t tied to a specific machine — you can use it on several computers

Activate a licence

1. Click Activate in the top bar
2. Click Import my certificate and select the .slcert file (the one emailed to you after purchase, or free-launch.slcert for the launch offer)
3. Verification is instant and fully local — no internet connection is ever required, not at activation nor afterwards

Note

Your licence certificate (a small signed file) is emailed to you at the time of purchase, via our licensing service. It is tied to your machine: one licence, one seat. To use it on another computer, see Changing machines below.

Go to the pricing page — €390/year per seat, payment via LemonSqueezy (credit card, bank transfer).

Offline operation

Scribe Local works fully offline, licensing included: your certificate is verified locally via a cryptographic signature, never contacting any server. For a firm with limited internet access, this means:

• No online activation, no periodic check-in
• The certificate stays valid until its expiry date (automatically renewed on each successful payment)

Changing machines

A licence covers one machine only. If you change computers (new hardware, reinstall), contact [email protected] with your purchase email: we verify your order and send a new certificate for your new machine.

The licence remains personal — it cannot be shared with a third party or used on several computers at once.

Renewal

The licence renews automatically, with a reminder email 30 days before expiry. On each successful renewal, a fresh certificate is emailed to you automatically — re-import it to extend your access. To cancel: email [email protected] before the expiry date.
